Hello New Joinee would be, Let me tell you the reviews entered on 24th and 25th April are completely FAKE. Envision, how can you stoop so low? Nvm, I wish I had the option to rate negative! Envision is nothing but a call center company. If you're fresher, experienced counselor, HR or Team Leader, you have to make 200 to 300 calls in order to have 80 connects each day. Targets are baseless, leads will abuse you for calling them everyday, because they will focus on USED & DEAD LEADS. As you get new leads you call and realize they are called and approached by EACH & EVERY COUNSELOR ALREADY. They pay you handsome salary and always on time. but their rules for keeping your WEBCAM ON without any reason is pathetic. Management, team coordination is ZERO. You drop your queries in so called HO group and do not expect any answer. Your offer letter is made according to your choice and preference but once you join, you will have to work on their command.
