1. Team members are good, friendly, and understanding. 2. Low-level management has a good understanding of their products and areas. This helps to get the work done efficiently and to the point. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Other activities conducted by the CSR team and Training team are good.

1. Failure of the proper decisions made by higher management, sadly affects the low-level employees and low-level management in all aspects ( like Appraisal, work pressure, and job security ). 2. The appraisal process has become volatile. 3. Lack of appreciation for truly working core team members.
