Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive in work related blockers.

Dislikes

Management is terrible, dont believe on communication and their deadlines promised. No appreciation for skillset or achievements in annual reviews (only verbal appreciation is given). Almost no hike, too much of politics on all the levels. Hire authority doesn't feel they are answerable to anyone.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
