Everything excluding work life balance is bad oh my bad it's worse, be it management. Or a few policies or the culture that you will have within the team. If micro management is an art then for sure their team leaders are picasso of it. Even for the slightest mistake like missing a comma while typing something is discussed in your one to one discussion. You can disagree with your reporting manager if you do so and even if you are correct then be ready for no hike and no promotion.
