Deserved employee who is having good performance throughout a year should get get promotion which is not there, so Management should at least discuss once with Employee.

It is interesting to learn the Product as a Product based the products are very interesting and like to work in it. Also the Library is there where we can read News paper,books and all.

1) Manager are very good in politics here. 2) If the manager doesn't like you then you will face very difficulties in your growth and also they will not give a positive response to the upper management. But if the manager likes you then you will get a good appraisal from management. 3) They have a product that is already developed and only have changes around it.
