Company culture and company policies For any outsider who is working for top tier companies , Ensono provides Shift allowances across all shift, Allowances for oncall, transport facilities for pickup and drop, You will feel as one of the owner with the equity program for all joiners irrespective of date of joining. Chennai office infra is likable to most of all. Good company culture and friendly management. You will be invited for snacks every evening. Executive management is approachable and friendly. Hybrid policy is really flexible either once a month, twice a month, or it depends. No manager has forced people to reach office which is really cool. In terms of monetary part you will be respected. Ensono provides a lot programs to keep the associates healthy. Work life balance is 100%. Retirement age as per policy is 65. Compared to 58/60 in similar companies. Variable payout is usually paid 100% or more depends on performance. Heard only during the covid period it was not paid 100%. Increment is always 8% or more by default and is usually more based on performance. There are other companies who falsely promise associates about 100% variable payout based on daily Return to Office, but later change words with If's & But's in their policies. For any one who is going through this feedback to think about joining Ensono, If you are someone who works Hard & Smart and used to work for Indian based MNC in their past. What I appreciate most about working at Ensono is the strong sense of collaboration and teamwork within my team, the opportunity to constantly learn and grow through challenging projects, and the positive and supportive company culture that encourages innovation and open communication.
