Nothing to like here, If there was minus rating , I will go for that first. You can't ask your salary even after its pending for 5 months. How you will manage if you 5 months salary pending, I f you going to ask them they will threaten you to terminate. Not only me my few colleagues faced same and we resigned after that, still we didn't get our fnf, half of our ctc is pending.

We work for more than 12 hours a day, after managing alone their big clients, still we didn't get salary for 5 months. If you gonna ask them , they will micromanage and will terminate you.if anyone wants proof what I said , I can provide not only for mine will give you. For my other colleagues too. Worst company i have ever seen in my life Please please don't go in this company They will not provide you salary on time..last 3 months salary was not given and notice period months salary was not given..total 6 months salary is pending..and if we write something in LinkedIn they will threaten you and harras you... I had really bad experience working at this organization. I would recommend not to join this organization in your entire career. It’s been almost 100 days since I was relieved from the organization, Despite of doing numbers calls and dropping couple of emails still there has been no response from their side. I am going through financial and they do not even bother to update me when I’ll be getting my FNF.
