1. There is no bonus or variable pay component 2. Salary revision or benefits is not as per the market standard 3. There are organization policies that needs to revisited as per the current industry culture. There is no sick leave component. Person being sick has only option to use the paid leave. 4. Financial and career growth is slow here. Promotion cycle is 3 years irrespective of the work performance. Due to this iteration rate is also high. 5. Appraisal and hike is based on the budget availability irrespective of the performance. 6. Apart from work and salary there is not extra benefits in terms of team engagement and outings. The management of the company seemed to be good excluding P&C Team, Because it is seen that he has no role in the company.Their only job is to listen to what the seniors say. People working at ground level have no value here, they have no guardian.
The dirtiest man I have ever seen is Mr. Anil Gadade, First action should be taken against the person who promoted him to manager Because in my five to six years of experience I have never seen such a dirty person. Only Manager and Director level peoples can work here, Because these people have so much monopoly here that it cannot be expressed in words, They act as if the company belongs to their father, Everything is in our hands, we will decide what to do. we will give importance to whoever follows us. Such an unqualified Director in finance is sitting on that post. No matter how smart the employee working under him is, his value is zero, I didn't want to leave the company but I got tired of the hassle and went away Maybe that's what those people want too. Because here it is confirmed that good people have no value. Because that person is so horrible in your place. No job guarantee, they will remove at anytime . Usual notice period 3 months, if you are in bench they will fire you without any notice. Hrs policies are worst in this organisation Especially the hr Name starting with 'Ravi Sankar'.

There is no job security. They just hire and fire people. There is no communication between you and your reporting manager. Manager doesn't know what do you do and which project you are hired for. There is too much politics. Manager supports only people from his region. Never ever think of joining Encora.

Very bad and unprofessional company. They buy awards to award themselves only. This company is a clients pet, very unprofessional HRs and project managers. Hire and fire policy, never ever think about employees satisfaction or their reviews. Being a technology company they manage everything on Excel sheets, irony isn't it? You need to fill out your attendance on Excel sheets and they boast themselves as a technology company. All public holidays are always optional which you can only avail once or twice in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen.
