Initial offer will be good.

Dislikes

People work here for more than 10 years will behave like owners of the company ( Faced from HR team ). Favourites of manager pollutes the environment. Company policy on login hours will make you to stay for 10 hours a day at office premises.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
