Hire and fire policy, never ever think about employees satisfaction or their reviews. Being a technology company they manage everything on Excel sheets, irony isn't it? You need to fill out your attendance on Excel sheets and they boast themselves as a technology company. All public holidays are always optional which you can only avail once or twice in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen.
