Dislikes

No freedom to work, after probation period over they will provide work with no sense. Mistake are not accepted they will fine every month without notice. In short from Its a jail.

Salary base wasn’t that much... but satisfied with my salary as I am single and had no much expense.

Dislikes

No Time bar of working hours. Team management wasn’t good enough.Lack of proper safety. I don’t know why company appointed a HOD, if HOD doesn’t have any action taking rights or power.

I have to do all kind of works from keeping eye and managing workers to monitoring unit and maintenance of plant... many thing I have learnt from this small company.
