Worked in many company but management over here is very helpful Espl the owner knowledge wise ,gives many chances to rectify their mistake , finaicially(for medical exp) has helped me and many other employee in the company thats the reason the employee over here dont leave so easily.

Management is highly unprofessional, worst work culture and don't have working principles and ethics. No job security at all, employees hardly stays here for six month. No work life balance. Management always give false commitment to employees regarding benefits. At the time of interview they will promise you to give several benefits but after joining they will refuse to give the same.The management is master in fooling employees. The work-life balance is non existent. There is a lot travelling. The seniors are verg toxic towards new employees. It always seems like the seniors are desperately searching for any mistakes by the other employees. There is no appreciation for good work.

Work in this company is very hectic. There is no communication within the company. Seniors are usually not very helpfull. Working hours are not employee friendly. The company is mostly punishing the employee by cutting the salary of the employee.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
