I didn't liked at all... we have got no work life balance... since its a startup they make us to work a lot even after shift over...there is no any extra benefit and incentive even after giving extra time to the company and to the work....

Dislikes

They terminate employee without informing them without giving any notice period to them..... many employees including me didn't get any offer letter or appointment letter even after year working their...even i have mailed a lot more times.. now i quit that company. .they have a t of office politics... employee gets depressed there.
