The company is terrible for developer work. It's not provide internet for development work. Not provide any other access and rights for work. It's small company to work very old technology. Not give me last 2 month salary. And company culture is very bad. Treat like animals. No innovative creation or nothing any social activities do in company. Only do work not talk permission to other staff.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, grow is very very slow. The work pressure is high because no more developer team only one developer required and give all work. Managers do not value an individual unique strength. There is no on-job training for fresher or experience personal.senior folks like me have to guide the step by step. Which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Boring company. I suggest never go for job any person. Not give any offer letter or join latter. Also not give experience certificate and 1 month salary. And must be bond sign at least one year. Its terrible company for innovative/creative developer

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
