Nothing. I request rather than advice to not join this company whatever the situation is. This will completely effect your health. They are customer service but runs on targets. Baseless company with their rude management.

I appreciate the supportive environment created by the manager who previously worked here, as well as some of the TL, both past and present. The work primarily involves handling emails with the assistance of an AI system, which simplifies the process since you don't have to draft from scratch.

The major concern is the misleading information about the salary. During my initial interview, HR provided a package but later claimed there was a mistake with the salary. Despite this, I negotiated based on my experience in CS non-voice. HR explained it was due to the company's current financial challenges, stating they could only offer the revised amount. However, after joining, I found that some agents from my batch, with similar or even less experience, were offered better salaries. The current boss who runs this company is just a jealous guy who thinks he is funny and makes comments that are quite uncomfortable and offensive to others.
