The work life at Elan Group is great actually. Getting to Learn new skills everyday. To be able to have an opportunity to multi task and play different portfolios at the given circumstances. I am having fun at my job! No complains.

Nothing, actually Elan has been just there to add more problems rather than solving or helping with anything. The company is inconsiderate the management is super oblivious about their employees. It’s nothing but a sad story that nobody would want to be a part of.

Dislikes

There is a lot if politics and diplomacy. There’s no one who would listen or be considerate, the senior management will do nothing but lie to you.

I don’t know how to balance my life at all, ever since this job. Well it’s taught me one thing, what company not to join.
