They keep Saturday and Sunday OFF, you have to work 48 hr in a week.

Dislikes

They always keep changing office policy and rules without intimate the employees. They do an agreement with one sided containt and on the time of quite the job they don't give relieving letter and experience certificate. They deduct the salary time to time at the name of anything.

Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Infact company superior is too good person as a human being, very kind in nature. During Covid lockdown, company had given the 50% of salary. Not that much work load. Overall, company is supportive till now.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Salary is too low and career growth is almost negligible. Not that much quality of work available for each individual. Work culture isn't good. Little transportation issue to reach office as there is too much traffic on the road.

The job is almost average to me. As I was experienced in this line. So, that I don't have to face struggle that much. I have done my job with full honesty.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
