1. Lot of politics 2. Managers are very lazy , they didn't even work 3. Worst Management , I didn't even know my hr. 4. No work life balance. 5. They didn't even do required things and charging on employees while laptop issue without providing proper packaging and prechecks confirmation. 6. Mental pressure 7. Seniors domination in project

I don’t like anything about wipro

Dislikes

I don’t like wipro because of no promotion no hike no project, LOP (loss of pay), communication gap between employees and their upper band colleagues, hectic and pressure, no job security, very limited salary, No project, bench policy, there are more multiple problem, this is the reason i don’t like wipro. Hope will improve in future.

It was the wonderful experience in Wipro The supporting of the team leads and the communication and understanding,The upskillng process and decision making is good.

The policy of the Wipro is worst. the response of manager over on the employees not good there need some employee interaction with manager.

Wipro has lots of projects and does need employees every time. You will feel secure both physically and mentally Mainly focus on quality of services and is a very good company to start with.

Dislikes

Doesn't give proper hikes and promotions as you are supposed to. Also won't help you to change your domain/technology of interest. Restricts you towards only your work. You will get some courses and modules to learn, but won't have enough opportunities to get into your desired domain or switch domain.

No culture only politics places a crucial role if your good to your team lead you will be good to ur manager and vice versa no hike even if your working for long time Toxic TL will make you isolated and feel like you have done a crime if your not good to TL.

What I like about the company Wipro is that they provide the salary on time

There are quite a few reasons why I do not like working at Wipro 1)Regarding policies: The policies keep on changing and even higher management is not aware of policies. 2)Loss of pay policy: I do not know why this policy is there and why employees should suffer with no salary in hand if the employee does not get the project within the stipulated time then the employee goes under loss of pay I do not know why this policy is implemented it is company responsibility to provide projects based on his training and skillset provided by the company 3)No career growth and no domain switching within the internal job 4) No salary hike and bonus policy need to return bonus if an employee does not stay for 2 years in the company. I do not know why they provide bonuses and ask them to return. There is no Merit Salary increment for all employees only a few employees got MSI Letters last year. I do not know why they are giving and implementing this biased system. All employees should be treated equally. 5) Management: I do not know why management is not aware of policies also concerning work culture pressure and timeline, and they hire fewer people for more work and force employees to complete work in shorter timelines. Instead of so many employees on the bench, they could consider any of the bench employees deploying them into projects. Due to budget issues, cost-cutting, ramp down in projects most employees are released from the project 6)Termination: Employees who recently joined the organization are getting terminated by receiving a termination letter because they have not deployed or allocated to the project and the company is terminating these employees. 7)Mass hiring:During pandemic 2020-2022 I do not know why they hired so many people and also they are no projects with wipro and also so many of them undergoing loss of pay for 1 year and not deployed into projects....Read More

No appraisal , no promotion in two years, just with LOP we stand if no project that also keeps on extending .

People here are good and can guide you well if you're fortunate enough to be in a good team.

Dislikes

The pay is very low compared to the work they expect from us. The growth opportunities are very less and alot of politics is involved. If you're fresher don't believe your offer letter until they onboard you because they did onboard us on half of the CTC they previously offered.

If you have openings for any position in any of your projects please hire people who are in bench , don't look for outside candidates.. because we have served of you for sometime for that reason please give us a chance don't look for outsiders prefer bench people instead.. Thank you
