The company has incorporated, however the company has done any serious business till date. The work culture is more of show off and the worst thing is the lack of motivation by the MD & CEO, Mr. Samira Ranjan Dehury. Rather i was part of the sales team, who always used to push him. I spent five months in the company doing all assigned work, but to my dismay I didnot received any single penny of money as my remuneration. Like me, there were other people also who did their work but did not received any salary. If owner didnt have any financial backing either he must not hire experienced people to whom he cannot pay salary as they deserve. And he should be that serious enough to be self motivated and guide his team to conduct business so that the company will work and generate revenues....Read More
