Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is very bad. There is no management leader who can guide us in the best way. Company policies are ok but not much. There is no job security and they give good salary before the lockdown. After that they are paying half salary. I can't understand what is the bonus calculation and payment of bonus.

As per my experience.. they have to use Maharashtra rules like holidays for our festival. Than doesn't matter it is service center.also we have emotions. And firstly appoint one of best management leader. Who will handling the situation between hul and ecoleaf. You can't push your Admin and supervisor for every Small reason.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
