The place has some management drawback with very few staff members. If any work is submitted the feedback doesn't come to you rather they would prefer to complete it themselves. They laid off giving lame explanation during the critical time in COVID-19.

Reflecting on my experience at Ecociate, there are certain aspects that I appreciate and others that leave much to be desired. On the positive side, I find solace in the job security. Furthermore, the emphasis on skill development and learning opportunities is commendable. These avenues for growth allow me to continually enhance my capabilities and remain competitive in my field.

Dislikes

However, there are undeniable shortcomings that hinder my overall satisfaction with the company. The inadequate compensation and benefits package falls short of recognizing the value of my contributions. Similarly, the lack of transparent and fair promotion and appraisal processes leaves me feeling overlooked and undervalued. Moreover, the absence of a supportive company culture detracts from the collaborative spirit necessary for a thriving workplace. These factors collectively contribute to a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration.
