After completing project by extending working hours and stretching to weekends , once it gets completed they threw employees in vrp i.e bench with 30 days period after that they fire employees. no matter whether you perform best or average. They use and throw their employees.No job security here.

There’s nothing to like about this company they trap frehsers at such low pay and then they get all thw work done with them . There’s no training planned or scheduled they treat you there like shit.

The office politics is so much they you will get demotivated to another extent. Posting a mere reel can ruin their organisation image so they will be mg you to resign . The back end work is so pathetic there are some process where you only do copy pasting in the name of work . No growth at all , Zero skill development Pls don’t ever join this company.

You'll get to see true colours of management as well as colleagues with office politics and also you'll see that you're are eligible for promotion but still you don't get it because other employee got offer letter from some other company and they'll match it and retain that employee and will promote you next year
