Some people working in Eclerx was good but the management was poor. Tough for new managerial hire to adjust to the weird culture of favouritism and merit is not valued

Dislikes

Poor culture of focus only on old and tenured staff. New hires find it tough to adjust to huge political clash and forced to quit at some point
