If talk about like then managers and directors are easily accessible. Work life balance is depend upon projects deadline some projects deadlines are very bad, people work on weekend also.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

When you join the company then must sign 1.5 years or 18 month bond. Very poor appraisal policy. Employee got their appraisal in 20-24 month or even more, after appraisal you are not able to resign next three month or you can say that another 3 month bond. No learning.
