Everyone in this company knows nothing, especially the managers, they have 0 technical knowledge and never support you to grow. Most employees here are lazy and avoid work, old employees are pathetic, new hirings are still fine. This is a average place to work with excellent job security and comfortable day shifts. The work environment is okay okay, and I have the pleasure of working with few supportive colleagues. My batch is one of the fantastic batch on my work floor, and the manager is supportive, making the journey even more enjoyable. A great company for the fresher or beginners.
