As an organization, we cannot afford to wait for everyone's agreement before making a decision. Some people may agree with us right away, while other may need more time to see the benefits and adjust to the change. However, as an organization, we have a clear vision and a common goal that we need to pursue. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
