"easy step in" company do fake promises to employees and clients aswell. all employees are mentally tortured by management like saying they should be available for 24/7 hrs available. Work per day is like 18hrs/day but salary they give is 8000 per month. All employees who join this comp any should submit all original certificates and 4yrs bond. If anybody break the bond they should pay 2lakhs. CEO relatives are assigned as managers in the company. Who used to torture employees very badly. There is no balance with life and work, mostly 99% for work . No value for employees life's. They cheats clients by saying they have experienced resources but they manipulate Freshers resumes as experienced profiles . Worst company who takes all the profit with them . And pay very less salaries . They charge 2lakhs per one candidate on clients but they give 8000 per month to employees. Please raise my concern I can show the proof.
