I liked the days and moments I was at work during my notice period. The best thing that happened was the resignation. I thank Praveen Chaudhary (MD/Owner) for creating the situation that motivated me to leave the organization. The micromanagement and bloodsucking qualities are better than leeches and mosquitoes.

Dislikes

I disliked the days after a few days of joining and until I left. This company doesn't need any manager, as the manager is even managed by just one person. You will be given a task to pass on to your subordinates as he tells you, and later, the same task will be questioned about who said it. MD must have the following qualities: ethical, softly managing and uplifting your team, nonabusive, trusting your team, and many more good qualities. I wish he had any. So now salary.
