The projects allocation takes very long time. And no additional facilities or transport.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. No or less layoffs. Open culture Good office environment.

Dislikes

Lack of appraisal and promotion Not considering personal progress of employees. Lack of learning paths. No coffee machines which is strange considering an IT company No manager employee talks for regular feedbacks.
