Though it's a small company at the moment, Prospects are really good. They are able to partner with some really good companies and the projects are all very dependable projects. Work life balance and the pay is really good.

Dislikes

but you will have very less/no communication with zest once project is allocated. No one on one's, promotion appraisal discussion

No or less layoffs. Open culture Good office environment.

Dislikes

Lack of appraisal and promotion Not considering personal progress of employees. Lack of learning paths. No coffee machines which is strange considering an IT company No manager employee talks for regular feedbacks.

It was good company but after takeover by another company work culture become worst, no proper compensation, no aspirations, worst managers, no work life balance. Just show off. HRs are not reachable.

Company culture is just the best.there is non such criteria like working hours are flexible but thing is that you should be able to finish your work by the deadline.

I used to work for another organization but on e-zest payroll. It was difficult to connect and resolve queries with e-zest hr and need to fill timesheet at both places.. Apprisal was around 7%.
