No professionalism. They don't have knowledge about how to run the project. Manager try to improve his/her image whether client is happy or not. And upper management dont even investigate it that manager dont have that much skills.

Company uses latest technology and also adapt new technology depend on requirement. But this all not working with PS group of e-zest as they working on client side.

Lot of issue working with client side(PS group). Appraisal not good and not receiving call after appraisal. Not accept resignation easily.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
