Dynamic Web Ideas is headquartered in NOIDA and has a branch office in Kolkata. I'm in charge of the Kolkata chapter. Besides me, there's one programmer. So, there's not much of bonhomie and camaraderie as there are only two of us working in the office

Dislikes

Compensation is average but on the upside, work pressure is moderate.

Work Details

I joined Dynamic Web Ideas (I erroneously submitted the company name as Web Designs) on 15th November 2015. Over the years. I amassed experience by creating content covering a wide gamut of genres for innumerable clientele.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

The firm is willing to take advantage of the state-of-the-art technology and takes the initiative to train employees to learn the same. We work as a close-knit team, and the employer encourages teamworking. Senior employees often go out of the way to help their less experienced counterparts.
