It was good when I joined to HP but after the merger job security is not there and no career growth

Basic policies and Infrastructure are in process of merging between two legacy companies. Merger has already provided excellent returns. Work culture and co-workers are superior than my previous experiences. Best thing I liked is possibilities of learning. Company is very particular about it's employees skills enhancement and given priority to L&D integration over anything else.

Policies are taking really long to be decided and implemented.

Work Details

It's a program management profile where my responsibilities are to ensure appropriate handling of every project that falls within Infrastructure Project. Specifically the Non-standard projects where the contract is already available between companies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

This was really good when it is HP, but post DXC Technology it became worst.
