Learning portals are really good. There is cab facility for non-general hours projects.

Dislikes

Options for switching to desired technology are less. Variable pay is not fully paid. Yearly appraisal are bad. And yes , the notice period of 3 months can keep you stuck in a irrelevant job profile.

Double Standards by Management. On one side, Management say "Employee First", but on the other side, rather than rewarding/promoting internal talent, it hires people (with same exp and skillset) from outside at a higher level and package. Top performers also are being treated the same way. Market reputation of the company is getting ruined day by day due to how it treats it employees.
