Till HP it was fine now since DXC is created. it is terrible company.

Dislikes

Training cutoff. No certification, No Bonus, No consistence appraisal policy. No Clarity in management directions. No job security, No travel opportunities. No flexibility of WFH. No work life balance. and pays least in market.
