- I could feel some work life balance - Good teammates

Dislikes

- No hikes since years - Unethical job cuts - Unapproachable HR and senior management - Unfair role mappings - New CEO is showing some seriousness to bring the company back on ethical track. But whole system is rotten at the higher level due to the previous pathetic CEO. Board too was sleeping and snoring until it saw the backlash. Till then it too was enjoying the scene of mass job cuts
