Rotational shift for every two months-weekend shifts- every 4 months, less team interaction, very stressful job will be engaged 9.5hrs straight with the users. They will ask you to switch between calls and chats, during weekend you will need to handle both sometimes, You cannot expect worklife balance. Lack of recognition, poor hike - where as other team getting 60% hike you will be getting 7-13% only, you cannot expect team outing, no rewards, possibly you will lose the existing positvie energy....Read More
