Last month i applied for a job vacancy in this company after seeing in a FMCG WhatsApp group and i had been intervied in their Vytila office, and am selected for the post which I applied. I did a background check before joining and these are the things i came to know from the market and their previous employees. I didn't get a chance to meet their current emploees, will update here after checking with them... 1- They dont give any offer letter to their employees after joining, so that they can claim the employee is not working with them, if any employee raises any issue. The same you can see in the above reviews. 2- There is no proper HR Manager, No HR Department, No leave policy, No travel policy, No proper holidays etc.. 3- You wont get the salary or claims on time<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Their salary date is 10th, claims date is 15th but boss himself transfer according to his availability, no role for the accounts department</mark>. 4- There is no proper management hierarchy. The managers are more like rubber stamp. No decision making freedom to the managers. Boss himself controls them and other staffs, may be because of trust issue. 6- Boss's friend, that what he claims, act like the boss, taking the decisions, controls the office, shouts at the staffs, because of him few of the staffs resigned. 7- No proper holidays in this office, join only if you are ready to work 24x7. 8- Its an International company with local standards. 9- Finally, those who wrote the positive reviews here are currently working with them. You can check thoses FB or Linkdin profile. I took many weeks to clarify on this, I personally contacted the ex employees, that's why the delay happened. I must say this too: Their products are excellent and a good future in the Indian market. I used few and am very much satisfied. Dear management, take it as a chance to correct the issues and be highly professional.
