Flexible timings. Work from home when required(though not preferred). Small and focused team. Being a startup it ensures you do your own research/exploration and finding on something that's new/required. Challenging work environment for a fresher to start with. On time salary credit

Dislikes

Lack of proper documentation, planning and implementation before starting/working on something (projects). This leads to confusion, ambiguity and late delivery of deliverable. No regular work review or feedback for employees. Lack of proper training even in training period (Most important for a fresher). No experts available for proper guidance (Other than the CTO there is no one of high experience. Seniors do have experience of a year or two but are not skilled enough) Company policies like Saturday allowances, quarterly bonus (bonus during the dusshera time only), etc are only on paper. Starting salary is low (15k, not a big deal for fresher) Annual appraisal/increment is worst (a mere 1.5k hike even after a year of service) No testers for testing. I find new and challenging work sometimes, otherwise its the same thing most of the times i.e storing data into DB from UI and vice versa.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
