It is a pleasure joining this company, here i came across with all the new aspects of engineering which has enhanced our ability and knowledge to succeed in our tasks, moreover the management is quite flexible and supportive.

Dislikes

There are things which i have experienced in past 3 years is that there is no such skill learning programs organized by the company, hence which is a key to any employees career growth. the salary is on time but the appraisal are very less and late which is a negative marking.

Work Details

I joined as Civil inspector, my role at the project handed over to me was to look after the construction activities of the underground tunnel and NATM station.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
