Friendly Nature of Boss. Variety of work. I've gained so much knowledge from this firm. Ex. Designing, Development Drawing, Site Knowledge, Handling client, Sanctions etc. Party culture is also added by Boss. Trips are also given by Boss. Most imp. employees are only girls, so very secure feel atmosphere.
