Unfortunately, the work environment here can be very draining. There's little to no work-life balance, and you're constantly juggling tasks without much consideration for your personal time. Just when you think you're on top of things, new projects come in with little support. The management is often indifferent to your well-being, pushing for late-night calls with the excuse that “we’re in hospitality and always need to be available."
