the company is good for serving the people. but not good for employees because they don't think about engineers health, salary and financial growth.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

in this company they treated all engineer equal if they do the work or not do the work. increment is around 800 to 1000 INR per year. the basic salary is also too less. if we apply the medical claim that will not transfer to my account. there is no secure for life.

basically it;s communication work. in this company i am working as a secondary level maintainer (Service engineer). there is no time bound and there is no leave, its difficult to do the work. since 9th feb 2015 to till date i am working.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
