Was able to work with IT team as Glibal security team which provides technical support to internal users, but management was poor to manage the whole department which leads to loss of many good Technical Engineers who left the organisation at the early stage, work culture is good with proper break time but again it will be given by your team leader as per the management rule

There is not any politics playing around you but overall you won't get any support from the management as the main team was working from Hyderabad and my team was in Mumbai so we were not given any priority as being the IT Department, there is no Bond but they ask us to stay for a couple of years so that they can make a aur promote us to senior team which is a big lie. you will be getting one week job training and will ask to take calls that to in night shift without any prior notice.
