There lot of pressure that's created and the promotion and hiike is biased .this very much depends on the manager but this happens

No shift burden timely logon and log off.

Dislikes

No flexibility in wfh, pressurized to attend office all 5 days, due to health concerns other organizations offer hibernate model no such thing here for L1 support. No equally treatment for all DN employees.

Work Details

Work life is good but no working flexibility like early logon or logout manager always try to put u under their thump. And lot of politics

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
