Atleast you can wear whatever you want. Sandal, comfortable clothes and a few colleagues.

If you prove your mettle at work, they will allow you the hybrid work model.

Dislikes

1. They involve you in internal tasks a lot without any additional perks and also expect to complete client work without missing the deadline (overtime without any pay). 2. No team bonding activities are organized....just do your damn work, get underpaid, frustrate and repeat!
