I did not get any on-job training and had a zero career growth during internship. After completing internship they had no plan for me and after approaching so many time they did nothing and kept me unnoticed for 40 days.

I joined as a UX DESIGNER-INTERN and I performed pretty well in my task. There was no training sessions so I learned myself for all those task comes under my way. The main pain point is that my work is never appreciated and never get a chance for growth.
