There is no value of employees. In Interview may say that it will teach you everything but when you join, you will not learn anything. In the interview you may say that there is a staff of 10 to 15 people but it is not like that in short the boss tells lies. there is no stain to talk about. Always annoying and many more

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
