I have been working at the company for the past year, and without a doubt, it provides one of the best working environments I've experienced. When joining a company, people typically look for two key things: fair compensation and personal growth. In my opinion, this company excels in both areas. Salaries are always paid on time, and if there are any concerns or questions about payments, the management is patient and responsive . In terms of personal growth, I started with no knowledge about trading - completely new to the field. I didn't know what a trading candle was, how to analyse trades, or what real research was like. However, the company has supported me every step of the way, allowing me to learn everything from the ground up. Company just welcomes people who are open to learn and grow unlike companies who hire people just on the basis of their qualifications. I also want to highlight, Mr. Danish Aggarwal, I can not explain how much knowledge and experience he shares with us. Whenever I talk to him. my way of thinking changes like this thing could also be thought in this way. H always questions and that makes me thing and research even more. Not only the company's management but colleagues are soo supportive. The office environment is incredibly welcoming and safe and I 've never hesitated to ask questions and seek guidance. In addition, the company organizes games and activities that creates a joyful, positive atmosphere. Birthdays and festivals are celebrated with everyone involved, ensuring no one feels left out.
