Timings are fine. And only sec Saturday off is provided otherwise rest of Saturday's are till 5.30 pm which is good.

Dislikes

Designing and studio life is not there. Politics is there. Each and every person is working as if gov office n piles of files are there. 6-7 projects are given to each person therefore no quality only quantity

No designing skill enhanced. Sit at computer and work as gov employees. Typical designing from Pinterest. No job security at all. They will hire you through very polite and buttering HR.
